Thanks to everyone who came and participated so generously and enthusiastically at our very first MiT/HSG quiz night. What a great bunch of people we have in the hills!! 🙂 The more we do together, the more we work towards a more sustainable and resilient community. Great to be part of this amazing time in this incredible place we call The Hills!!
Our very first Beeswax Food Wrap Workshop was organised quite spontaneously, to coincide with the School Holidays. Don’t worry if you missed out, we will be having another quite soon. Let us know if you’re interested at email@example.com

This is a bit of a step-by-step photo record of our mates down at Glen Forrest Community Garden building the pizza oven under the skilled (and generous) guidance of Mike Moore. He came up with some pretty innovative techniques. (repurposed box from his new boy’s toy!)
FEEL LIKE HELPING US OUT? Continuing on from our waste reduction, living lighter on the Earth theme, we’re setting up the sewing machine again at the Mundaring Sunday Markets. With all the pre-cut material from our May event to invite market goers to make/take a re-usable produce bag. We’ll have other stuff about reducing packaging and info on the Plastic Free July Challenge available too.
Feel like you could spare an hour or so to do a stint and help? You don’t need to be an expert, we all help each other along!! Get back to us soon, we’re compiling the roster. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
